License and Copyright

This repository contains the license and copyright files that are referenced in every curriculum. To be able to maintain the year of the both the license and the copyright, this repository is supposed to be included as a submodule in each curriculum repository. Curators of curricula only have to check if there are any updates in the submodule if they release a new version.
